They are able to perform poorly without being fired, but pay by advancing only as a result of seniority, forfeiting any real chance at success. Non-union workers have the balls to forfeit the safety net and succeed or fail on their own. The unions don’t complain about the ones who fail, only the ones who succeed.

U.S. unions like auto workers and aerospace unions do nothing but enable masses to pick their asses all day protected by a set of rules while the union bosses get rich. I know many in the industry and all have a ton of sotries of those milking the system protected by bylaws. But then...on the other side there is walmart type mentality. screw the employee at all costs.
