26.11.2013 - 18:59:26 <anon> not true, the actual receipt saying they paid the meter may or may not be there the game is whether or not the meter maid is willing to read the date and time paid for each receipt. if they do and the correct receipt isn't there they write a ticket but waste time, if it's there they don't get to write a ticket and still waste time, and finally if they're not thorough when they read them they run the risk of the owner actually having displayed it and just having the parking fine thrown out.
