Who cares, it wasn't meant to be a simplistic mainstream desktop for morons, it just happens to excel at everything. We've been moving towards mobile devices for a long time now and mobiles ship with pre-installed operation systems. Highly commercial system = more money for everyone involved = best solution for the big boys in charge, worse for consumers.
