Mexican skin requires a different light spectrum. Or better - photography hardware needs to have wider spectral response, like sunlight. Current photo gear only shows white people's skin in the correct skin tone. As per above.

But the problem is inherent into the rest of the frequency response of the rest of the gear, like the CCD, the monitor display curve, even the electronic calibration in modern digital cameras.
