You don't have to eat either of those things. Just make healthy meals that have legumes (tofu, beans, lentils, etc), some kind of grain (quinoa, groats, barley, etc), greens, and fibrous vegetables. Eat berry smoothies for snacks. Cut all refined carbs. Congrats your weight stopped going up and you feel good all the time.
