Win 11 is unpolished and jittery, lots of small hiccups and bugs, and all the "telemetry" you know from Windows 10, where it always rattles your drives and snoops on the disks and generates sporadic network traffic towards MS servers and whatnot, living a life of its own behind your back as soon as the computer is supposedly "idle", is a lot more intense with 11.
