With all the resource that Africa have it seem that the black man never learn from his mistake all i hear it is the European fault for from it. Most of Africa has wealth national wealth and because of corruption and bad mined attitude of Africa as well as the Caribbean political leaders these regions will continue to be poor and broken black people are their worst enemy
