Win95 ran a DOS like screen yes the command prompt, and run some DOS programs even, but that doesn't mean it's ONLY DOS... it simply had both... DOS never had multitasking but Win95 did have... DOS couldn't run Windows programs, but Windows could run most DOS programs... that was 20 years ago... we are still fighting the same silly fights
